While Mentalyc & Upheal are both compliant with various regulations like HIPAA, PHIPAA, PIPEDA, and DPA, Mentalyc follows a more robust security practices and is committed to meeting or exceeding industry standards.

It's important to note that compliance certifications often involve a third-party issuing “stamps,” and some companies may invest heavily in obtaining these stamps such as SOC2, HIGHSTUST, and ISO, for which the users will have to pay via high subscriptions. Mentalyc is compliant with all those but does not have paid certifications.
